Fornightly measures
Inspect the roof drainage systems and gutters of condominium complexes, waste disposal areas, pedestrian pathways, and any other structures equipped with roof drainage.
Apply granular insecticide infused with sand to various potential breeding sites, including gully traps, manhole cover depressions, lightning conductor pits, stop-cock pits, valve chambers, and drainage sumps.
Verify that water tanks are securely covered to prevent mosquito access and ensure all drainage openings are adequately sealed to prevent breeding.
Destruction of mosquito breeding
Eliminate any identified mosquito breeding sites and apply insecticide to potential breeding areas to prevent further proliferation.
Inform condominium management of any breeding instances discovered and note potential breeding spots for their attention, enabling them to implement suitable short-term or permanent solutions.
Fogging
Reserve fogging treatment for instances of significant mosquito-related issues or disease outbreaks, avoiding unnecessary application.
